This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through shahrukhz-danubeproperties.com (the “website”). The website is run by an authorised channel partner that markets Shahrukhz Residences by Danube. It is not the official website of Danube Properties.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and the residence type you are interested in.
• Request details: what you asked for (for example price list, payment plan, floor plans or a virtual presentation) and the button you used.
• Campaign details: the page you landed on, the referring page, and advertising tags in the link such as UTM parameters, fbclid or gclid.
• Technical details: time of submission, time zone, browser language and, on our server, IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.
• Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and send the information you asked for.
• To contact you about Shahrukhz Residences by phone, WhatsApp or email, including updates on prices, availability and launch events.
• To arrange site visits or virtual presentations.
• To measure which advertisements and pages work, and to improve the website.
• To prevent spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We use your details on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to property enquiries and running the website securely.

4. Who we share it with

• The developer: where needed to register your interest, process an Expression of Interest or booking, or arrange a presentation, we share relevant details with Danube Properties.
• Service providers: companies that host the website, store leads (for example a CRM or spreadsheet), and run messaging tools such as WhatsApp Business platforms. They process data only on our instructions.
• Advertising and analytics: if you accept cookies, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google receive data about your visit and form submission for ad measurement.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Our team and service providers may be in India, the United Arab Emirates and other countries. Where your data moves across borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep the advertising tags from your first visit with your enquiry, and to remember your cookie choice. If you click “Accept”, we also load the Meta Pixel and Google tools to measure our advertising. If you click “Decline”, these tools are not loaded. You can clear your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact, or longer where required by applicable law or where necessary for an ongoing transaction or a legitimate business or legal requirement. Details linked to a booking are kept as required by property and tax law.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop sending you marketing messages. You can also reply “STOP” on WhatsApp.

The website runs over HTTPS. Form data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that use access controls. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send passport, bank or card details through the website.

This website is meant for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
